A surface quarry referenced by Addison (1988) but the large scale nineteenth century maps do not show any evidence of quarrying at this location. It is possible that the grid reference is incorrect and this is Kelk's Quarry as surveyed by Willies et al (2011)
The site as located by Addison is now infilled, levelled and used as a public recreation space.
