A clay filled shaft intercepted by quarrying in 1974. Apparently related to a depression in the field above, the shaft measured 15m in diameter and descended at least 20m from the surface. 13m below the surface, a bone deposit was encountered, which contained deer of Pleistocene Age. The shaft was quickly destroyed
