A resurgence in a washed away phreatic chamber with haematite veins that was dammed to hold fresh water that trickles from the cavity above.

Notes: Below a squat stone column and about 130m west of the Jetty on the south shore. This was built to provide the island with water before the Barracks Reservoir was completed.
