Upper entrance to Wookey Hole excavated in 1973 to assist with accurate measurements required during tunnel drilling operations to Chamber Nine. Enters the highest point of Wookey 9-2. Was sealed but was reopened in 2015 for the tunnelling works to Wookey Twenty and was gated in 2016.
