Gripwood Gull is a too tight natural rift in the quarry face at the western end of the Woodside Quarry. The rift is approximately 20 cms wide at the entrance.

Alternate Names: Woodside Gull

Notes: The gull had a strong outward draught in the cold weather of January 2013 and was warm enough to steam up spectacles.
