Cleeve Toot, Broadfield Down.

The shaft is fenced. A large tree trunk has fallen across the entrance shaft. A 1m diameter shaft into the limestone. 7m deep, blocked at bottom, with E-W cross rift at -5m leading E to a tight crawl to a small chamber.

Notes: From old school at Cleeve follow main path into Goblin Combe for about 200m past gate, take path up hill sharp L for about 1km. The path takes a sharp left turn and the mine is 125m to the left of the path. 10m from Goblin Combe Mineshaft 1.
