Found in 1859 in the course of working the Old Quarry. Weston Gazette - a large deposit of water at one end, similar to Wookey Hole and that lights have been floated in, but the end not seen. Probably and extension of Cave No.1.

A well shaft said to enter at 16ft a water-filled cave running NE/SW under quarry floor. Water from the cave is used in the plant in the quarry that produces concrete products.
