Notes: This is a possible trial shaft sunk by the Bath Stone Firms Ltd. or the Bath and Portland Stone Firms to either to assess the potential quality of the stone or as a possible future air shaft for proposed underground workings. However, the date is incorrect for the working life of the Bath and Portland Stone Firms.
