Alternate Names: Plumley's Den [see note]

Notes: Often named incorrectly called Plumley's Den after Joseph Plumley. This is due to confusion with Foxes Hole [qv] which has a legend associated it involving a man named John Plumley [qv]. Some authorities suggest depth of cave is 150ft.
